What sort of commitment is required from library service volunteers?

Whatever you can do. Some people do a session a month, others do one a week. You can self select sessions on a rota via this website. Following application and initial discussion with a Volunteer Coordinator, a comprehensive induction is carried out for all new volunteers and ongoing support and training is also provided.
