Support Honley Library

We are turning the page on a new chapter at Honley Library

We are embarking on an ambitious project to extend and enhance Honley library, creating more space for learning, improving access, and reducing our energy costs. But to make this vision a reality, we need to raise £100,000 in order to submit for government funding* and we need your help.

What we'll deliver:

We will meet the needs of library users by:

  • creating accessible space with public toilets and baby changing
  • providing more desk space and workspace for library users
  • improving storage space and kitchen facilities for our dedicated volunteers who make Honley Library such a success
  • renovating the existing space to provide a lighter more energy efficient and welcoming community space
  • increasing the range of activities that are offered during library opening hours, including workshops for school children
 
Every donation, however big or small, will be gratefully received to support this important community resource.
 
Every penny will be wisely spent to secure the future of Honley Library for our village.
