A Friends of Honley Library Strategy Working Group was established in October 2022, to create and steer a programme of positive development. The group developed a clear forward strategy which is now incorporated in the Business Plan. The Business Plan has been completed with considerable help from Trustees; this will support applications for grant funding and provide evidence to HVPC of the ways in which FoHL intends to manage Honley Library.
