Honley Library Extension Update
The Community Ownership Fund grant that we were about to apply for was withdrawn last year. As a result we have reviewed our plans and modified them. These are now awaiting planning approval from Kirklees Council.
The plans include the things that the community has asked for – baby-changing facilities, disabled toilets and additional space. They have already been shared with the public at the Honley Show and Honley Open Gardens.
Once we have planning permission and some building estimates we will enter the final phase of our fund raising plan.
